How this data is collected
Linora reads open roles daily from companies' official career pages and applicant-tracking systems (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday), tracking hundreds of thousands of active US postings. Pay figures reflect base salary only and exclude equity and bonus; they come only from listings that disclose a range, and teams or roles with too few salaried postings are omitted rather than estimated. Counts, medians, and percentiles refresh daily as roles are posted and filled.
